Tara went far and beyond my expectations. Always the extra mile and just a quick text away, replying back within minutes with an answer. When the appraisal came back higher, she re-did the numbers to get more cash out and a "lower interest rate" that the one I was initially locked in... Who does that??? I tried to refinance before with my bank (which also owned my mortgage) and the closing costs ...Tara went far and beyond my expectations. With Tara and Rocket Mortgage, I got the cash out I needed (and more) with a lower interest rate than the one I had before and my monthly mortgage payment is now $52 lower than the one I initially had with my bank.
