Tara went far and beyond my expectations. Always the extra mile and just a quick text away, replying back within minutes with an answer. When the appraisal came back higher, she re-did the numbers to get more cash out and a "lower interest rate" that the one I was initially locked in... Who does that??? I tried to refinance before with my bank (which also owned my mortgage) and the closing costs ...Tara went far and beyond my expectations. When the appraisal came back higher, she re-did the numbers to get more cash out and a "lower interest rate" that the one I was initially locked in... Who does that??? I tried to refinance before with my bank (which also owned my mortgage) and the closing costs were outrageous. With Tara and Rocket Mortgage, I got the cash out I needed (and more) with a lower interest rate than the one I had before and my monthly mortgage payment is now $52 lower than the one I initially had with my bank.
