Taurus is very competent and knowledgeable about the refi/loan process. He walked me through most of my loan app, actually while I was driving. It was all taken care of and he followed up with detailed instructions via email. Any questions I had were answered very quickly and accurately. If he didn't have an answer he found one, I appreciate that.
