Mr. Taurus Williams answered the phone, and from that moment on I was completely overwhelmed with joy, because of the way I was treated. Taurus treated me as if I was a part of the family. At the same time being very professional.

Now the good Stuff…
When our conversation was completed my monthly mortgage rate was changed from 4.35% to 2.99% and my monthly mortgage payment was reduced by more than $125.00, plus my first payment is January 1 2020.

FIVE (5) STARS is not enough to give this guy. As a very happy customer, I can only say Thank You! Also, I want to thank Rocket Mortgage for Hiring this man.
