Tom , i got connected by chance after i got an email, a routine sales talk email, and we just talked for a few minutes. Since i had all the info. memorised i laid it to him and he was taking notes i guess. Within a day or two we are on and my loan was under progress and we got it done. We could have done it little earlier, a few weeks earlier , but i was away since i work on a US Navy ship and be gone to sea for a few days and was having trouble with emails, sending scanned copies and or going on line or calling banks etc for statements. Otherwise i was getting instant email replies and phone msgs. back from Tom and it was a pleasure working with him. And my case, was not an easy , probably most difficult considering my various activities and spread out over across the country too.
