Tiffany was able to solve any issues we had throughout the refi process. Some of the vaunted technology just didn’t work and she found and implemented work arounds. She effectively pushed through a number of steps when the dashboard wasn’t functioning as designed. Her interaction was always professional, constructive and sympathetic. See deserves six stars plus.
