When we first spoke to Tom he lead us in the right direction. We didn't get to work with Tom all too much. Rocket Mortgage transfers you to the other representatives that are more suited for the part of the loan you are doing. It did get a bit confusing unlike the traditional closings you are use to at your local bank with all the tech savvy online closing.
