My experience with Tony and Rocket Mortgage was exceptional! I had started my refi process with Wells Fargo, and 3 & 1/2 months later it still wasn't closed. I was so frustrated, and then a friend of mine told me about Rocket Mortgage. The interest rate was cheaper (even though the points were higher). Tony always answered my phone calls in a timely manner, if he didn't pick up the phone himself ...My experience with Tony and Rocket Mortgage was exceptional!
