Doing a Rocket Mortgage was fantastic. The loan officer were professional, did everything they said they would do and more. I couldn't believe how quickly they responded to my needs. In fact, it seemed like they anticipated my questions and needs before I did. The online experience was absolutely amazing. I had all of my loan documents, appraisal and everything at my fingertips and could review the final loan document days before the actual closing.
