I worked with Tracy on refinancing my loan. This is the first time working with a loan service on-line. He was always on top of things and answered all my questions regarding the loan process. Overall Tracy was very easy to work with and the refinance was a fairly easy experience. He had us in an FHA mortgage which created many more hoops to jump through. To be fair, we were not sure what our appraisal amount would be. Once the appraisal came back above expectations I did some research and the FHA loan was a really bad choice for us.
