My loan was a refinance. I'd spoken to my original mortgagor about a plan to reduce my finance time and eliminate PMI. Even though he was not able to provide the type of financing I was looking for he still took the time to work with me to insure that I wasn’t getting a bad deal from someone else. I would recommend Trevor to anyone because of his knowledge level and the willingness to help me even when I wasn’t buying his product.
