She made a ridiculously complex mortgage refi understandable even for seniors like me. I don't understand why if I am already a mortgage holder with this company everything must be so complicated. They already have all the information they need, and a payment history. That should be all they need. But, I know politicians ruin everything good, and they create stupid laws and processes that must be followed. So mortgage companies hire and train someone like Trish to guide people thru a completely unnecessary process. Sorry Trish, I just wasted 15 minutes trying to get a general rate check for a refinance, provided my sensitive information to an Ai agent, and then was asked by you, the now unsuspecting banker for the same information. Displeased to say the least because now my personal data is floating around in the Ai feed. To whom the encrypted data goes, is not specified. But it isnt Trish!
