I was looking to refinance with my current company but after they put me on hold for 15 min I decided to apply online via Rocket Mortgage/Rocket Mortgage. Tyler called me back on another line immediately and while still on hold with the other company he had already started my loan process with our qualifications. When it initially looked like what we wanted was not possible (lower rate, no PMI) ...I was looking to refinance with my current company but after they put me on hold for 15 min I decided to apply online via Rocket Mortgage/Rocket Mortgage.
