I would give more than 5 stars to Victoria in a second! We were working through a VA loan, which is a cumbersome process, and she was amazing. She was thoughtful and kind and so well informed in walking us through the process. I was very happy and very impressed as nobody else had taken the time to really listen. We looked at the three options and selected one that made a significant impact on my cash flow, kept the very low rate loan and reduced my borrowing costs while maintaining a target level of equity that I wanted to maintain.
