I will certainly recommend him to anyone who is in need of refinancing. I will also keep Rocket Mortgage in mind for my own needs in the future. This is based solely on the customer service primarily to me by Mr Francis.

The way I would discribe Will Francis is that he is persistent. If it wasn't for this attribute I would had not been a Rocket Mortgage-Loan client. Will was readily available for any and every question we had throughout the loan process. He explained every step and any time other departments changed aspects of our loan he tried his best to modify it to the original loan.
