Yoselin, after talking to me about my financial situation, assured me the process may work and if it was not for her it would not have worked. I was not easy to deal with and I was getting mixed messages from other Rocket Mortgage sources, but Yoselin showed endless patience and devotion to being my agent and interpreter, guiding me through the glitches. She was always available by phone or email (by always I mean 24/7) to answer my questions and clear up my continuing confusion about elements needed to finish the cluttered paper trail. Yoselin is, simply, the best, and I am convinced I would not have gone through the information gauntlet the process can put a person into without her guidance.
