After discussing Rocket Mortgage with a coworker, I thought to give it one last go before settling with another company which had given me the best rate, but was being an absolute pain to work with – and boy am I happy I did.

Zach is clear, kind, patient, and reasonable. He made the whole process extremely transparent, and took care to discuss the pros and cons of each decision. On top of all that, Rocket Mortgage offered me an even better rate than the company I almost settled on before.
