Two words come to mind, Bravo and Outstanding. I have put off refinancing for some time do to the amount of time and effort that has been my experience in the past. Then I was referred to Zane by a very hard to please and not usually impressed friend, who was very pleased and impressed by Zane's expertise and professionalism in getting the job done. He is one of the few employees I have had to interact with that had a cadence that I could understand at my age, and he has the aptitude of sensing when a customer needs assistance.
