I was so impressed with the way she knows her way around every form and explains each document in a way I can be sure of what I am signing. I was completely done over the phone in a short time. I was amazed. She contacted me often, she kept me updated and gave me a heads up right up to my closing. All three times went smoothly and hassle free. Every time I contacted Jill she was right there to answer the phone call (what a concept). She even answered my call on Saturday evening in the most polite and professional manor.
