We received an email advertisement from Rocket Mortgage. Not sure that we wanted to work with a company that works strictly online, we reluctantly sent some basic information to Rocket Mortgage. Not sure that we wanted to work with a company that works strictly online, we reluctantly sent some basic information to Rocket Mortgage. Things could not have worked out better, thanks to Jill Patel, the Rocket Mortgage representative who contacted us.

Jill gave us an estimate within 20 minutes, and offered some suggestions on how to proceed. Not wanting to make a hasty decision, we asked if we could call her back later in the day. When we called back, Jill reviewed all of the information she had given us, answered all of our questions, and told us what to expect throughout the application process. We started the process and closed in about 30 days, all within the confines of our home.

Jill is professional, thorough, and easy to work with. She answered our emails and calls, helping us to make the best decisions for us. She made the whole experience easy and pleasant. We were so impressed with Jill, we told our friends about her. Now they are getting ready to close on their house.
