I give Jill 5 stars, when I first applied on line of course I had no idea that I would even qualify but after receiving a call from Jill she walked me through the process from start to finish, answering all of my questions and explaining the next step. Jill always got back to me when I had other questions. I was extremely pleased working with her. My loan closed without any problems.

My experience with Rocket Mortgage, once the package left Jill's hands wasn't quite so positive, and when I advised Jill of the problems I had been having with the loan officer assigned my package she stepped in and within 24 hours the loan was approved and finalized.
