Jill Patel was my mortgage banker and I will never again use anyone but her. Jill is so pleasant to work with and incredibly knowledgeable. She was able to combine my equity loan that had a variable rate into my mortgage payment at a fixed rate ...I was referred to Rocket Mortgage by a family member who had a wonderful experience with them. I decided to try them out and what a surprise I got. Jill Patel was my mortgage banker and I will never again use anyone but her. Jill is so pleasant to work with and incredibly knowledgeable. She was able to combine my equity loan that had a variable rate into my mortgage payment at a fixed rate without increasing my monthly payment by a penny due to lowering my interest rate. In addition, she managed to help me pay off all my credit card debt and was able to save me over $800. every month. As a retiree, that is so important. I will never again use a local bank.
