Jill is very nice, helpful and willing to explain things.

I would recommend screening the notaries used. The one that came out to do the closing for us, Lola Lewis, was incredibly rude to about the schedule (wanted to change the appointment to accommodate her day but I was still at work - she kept calling and texting me while I was trying to work) and she actually insulted my husband's ...Jill is very nice, helpful and willing to explain things.
