I answered a call from a rep at Rocket - who put me in touch with Mo - and I am glad I did. The first chat will take some time (this is a good thing) as Mo reviews your current financial situation and your goals. He offered me several options / amounts to re-fi, etc. In other words, this isn't someone pushing to get you into a situation and have you sign off.
Once I was comfortable with the plan ...I answered a call from a rep at Rocket - who put me in touch with Mo - and I am glad I did. He offered me several options / amounts to re-fi, etc. In other words, this isn't someone pushing to get you into a situation and have you sign off.
Once I was comfortable with the plan to move forward, I agreed and the process was in flight! Mo's (and Rocket's automated) updates - were consistent, frequent and informational.
Closing paperwork was done in my home - so easy!
Bottom line: Take the call and make some time to talk with Mo. He is generous with his time in reviewing all possible options with you so you feel not only good, but confident in the decision you make!Read MoreRead Less
