Ali was great. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I especially liked that he didn’t blow smoke at me. If he didn’t know the answer to a question, he would tell me so, and then get back to me with the right answer after he had consulted with his colleagues. Things went relatively smoothly throughout the process.
