(Despite my research on YouTube) I remember the day I first called Mo, we talked about where I was and where I would like to be, he explained how we would get there, and then we did exactly that. I can truly say I felt like I was in good hands the entire process. The way Mo will go out of his way to make sure you are completely in control and understand what is going on. He would answer questions on the weekends, without a long delay at that. Very responsive. Not to mention that he was helping me while he was also sick, he did not let that stop him from going above and beyond. Mo is super and made refinancing much easier than I had imagined. Great guy. Started the loan process on a Thurs. My truck started acting up on me 2 days later. Of course, buying anything substantial while in the process of a refi screws up the process. He pushed the process along as quickly as possible. Couldn't have asked for more. Would recommend his services to anyone
