She was helpful, knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and she did an excellent job of maintaining document control during my interaction with her. At no point did I have to submit any documentation to Lynae more than once. She acknowledged my submissions promptly, and ensured that they went where they needed to go so that the application process could continue on in a timely fashion. This was the second refinance I have done with rocket mortgage. Billy handled the first and there were a couple of issues that were slowing the process down. These were on my side and Billy worked hard to get me through this process. Should have used one of their attorneys.
