Thanks Desmond for pursuing through with me for the entire process. In particular, adjusting the closing amount to be included with the loan and finally getting the final amount to include the adjustment on our tax exemption with our state saving us several hundred dollars. Much appreciated!

Our closing with Rocket was going well up until the day of closing. Since everything was being done remotely, we were not aware we both needed to be present for the notary portion. Made it more time consuming to figure it all out under pressure. After all the trouble, our paperwork was lost after we completed the first closing and had to reschedule again.
