I selected Rocket Mortgage for a second mortgage based on the outstanding experience with my two previous home purchases.
Early on in the process I spoke with several Rocket Mortgage team members. I began to wonder if the right hand knew want the left was doing. Some were more helpful and knowledgeable than others. Every day was an adventure obtaining a consistent answer to my questions. Ultimately I learned that Charlene was my "Banker' for the loan process. She was very prompt and thorough in responding to my questions and erased my concerns as to whether Rocket Mortgage was experienced with handling 2nd Mortgages as opposed to first mortgages. I am glad she was finally appointed to be my banker for this transaction. With Charlene in the driver seat all my fears went away. Glad she was assigned to the case.Read MoreRead Less
