I've financed homes with Rocket Mortgage several times in the past 20 years and have always found them great to work with. When the rate recently dropped I spoke with Arif Caushaj about refinancing my mortgage. He explained how I could also take advantage of the increased equity in my home and eliminate several home improvement loans I'm paying off.

When the rate recently dropped I spoke with Arif Caushaj about refinancing my mortgage. It was the right time for me to do this and I began the application process. Arif was there from beginning to end made sure I was kept aware of how it was proceeding. Amazingly, I was able to close in a little over three weeks. I can't believe how quickly and painlessly this was accomplished.

I was very pleased with my refi with Michael. I had to have a Jumbo loan for 60 days but did a refi when my home sold since Jumbo loans aren't able to be recast. This is my 3rd Rocket Mortgage loan and I couldn't be happy with the service I received. Michael was responsive and fun to work with.
