Jessica called me after an inquiry I made on my home for refinance so that I could open a childcare center. We found that it would not work for me, but she offered some other options and my dad was able to refinance his home for the business. Gabriel led me down the path for a Home equity Loan. However, he proceeded without knowing his own product details. He didn’t actually listen carefully to understand how my income source worked.
