Tim did a great job taking care of my loan. He was very responsive to my phone calls to take care of any issues. The only problem I had with the company that disbursed the funds. I believe the company was called Amrock. They were two days late in disbursing the fund.

At first, I was not confident in her ability to get what we needed done. She seems new to the product and how it works. We had dealt with Rocket on 2 other occasions with this and it seemed to be a lot easier, my wife had me check to see if she was a scammer and not with the company. This could have been a better experience and it seemed she was working more for the company then us.
