Morgan assured me they could close on the mortgage based on the info I gave her. The company failed miserably and I was charged several thousand dollars in interest. In Morgan's defense, she went on a trip but still the company just flat out stinks.

She got me the best rate and just in time. Rates went up right after we closed.
