Frank was great. He helped me identify better options, and better rates. He was in communication with me on a regular basis until closing. When I had a problem uploading a document, he was able to step in and help.

He was there and answered all of my questions. He did not lie he walked me every step of the way I felt a comfort with him like he truly cared about what was best for me and my needs. So if you are in need of an excellent banker/refinance he will get the job done. He is your guy.
