Austin was great!
Once the loan was in motion it took forever. This was a refi of an existing rocket loan and should not have taken so long. Unless all information is destroyed on existing loans, Rocket should have had the documentation they needed.

I feel very fortunate that Mark was our loan officer. Not only was he professional but was patient and courteous with my wife and I as we gathered all the information that was necessary, guiding us step-by step through the process. He was very personal, as if we were talking to a friend.
