We were kept in the loop by phone, email and website account page updates every step of the way with timely and professional communications. Rocket has its "ship" together systems-wise, and most importantly, PEOPLE-WISE! Many were involved, but Shawn was the mover and shaker, and a complete pleasure to work with.
