Not even a week after closing, received an offer of 4.99% with Rocket. Not happy about this whatsoever. I feel we should have the option of converting our loan to a 4.99% interest rate.

We closed on our line of credit on FEBRUARY 24!! He and his colleagues and vendors moved swiftly, courteously and knowledgeably to get our application approved and the appraisal of our property completed in 19 days.
