Nancy was nice during most of our conversations however during my last conversation, I felt like she didn't try hard enough to assist me and made me feel like she brushed me off. It was about the interest rates as I really wanted to get the best rate possible and with the 2 drops since I started the process, I felt like she could have done better.

Juan was very helpful in the beginning getting the loan in process. Unfortunately he did not list n when I told him that the job I had started in July. He put January and of course that did get counted. There was a bit of a scramble at the end. Also, I had told him that I was paying off credit cards, so he could have just paid off a couple of bills of my choice to get my debt ratio down - which ...Juan was very helpful in the beginning getting the loan in process.
