In the beginning he was very hands on. But once he got me as a client the communication basically stopped i reached out multiple times and was given the run around and had someone reach out to me. This was very frustrating because I’m in the process of refinancing in which I have never done before and when I had questions or concerns, I had nobody I could reach out to.
