I was very impressed with the process, it was fast, I got great suggestions and from someone who was clearly knowledgeable. 10 out of 10, I would highly recommend Rocket Mortgage and that is largely due to the first impression made by Mr. Neal.

Parker's was a late addition to team trying to resolve a major problem. Other than being a cheer leader he did nothing to solve the problem. I would rate him marginally satisfactory.
