Extremely helpful and professional. I had a very unique situation as I was purchasing a home from a family estate. Nick was great. He put up with me when I got frustrated by all the hoops I had to jump through, and was extremely helpful when a loan I was not aware of was found on my credit report. It turns out that the original company was sold and changed its name, and I was never notified. Nick was able to help me navigate through all that and eventually got me to the end goal of obtaining my loan.

Terrible experience. I worked with Paige Konen. At first she assured me she would be there every step of the way. Once I signed the application. I could barely get a question answered. Once they get you, you're an afterthought.
Then one day I get a text that someone else is in charge of my loan. Not from Paige though. I had no idea If it's a scam or not. It wasn't, Paige failed to tell me someone...Terrible experience. I worked with Paige Konen. At first she assured me she would be there every step of the way. Once I signed the application. I could barely get a question answered. Once they get you, you're an afterthought.
Then one day I get a text that someone else is in charge of my loan. Not from Paige though. I had no idea If it's a scam or not. It wasn't, Paige failed to tell me someone else would be handling everything. She still told me she was the main point of contact and in charge. Yet she didn't relay any info to this new lady on the loan.

I got sick of it and on June 5th I told her to "Withdraw my Loan application". Then I kept getting calls and emails about my loan. I finally replied to tell them I told Paige over a week ago to cancel it. It was June 13th before they even knew I was done with them. She never did a thing. Once Rocket CS new they reached out to Paige. No response from her. The other lady texted me and said she was in charge of the loan and did I want to cancel.

Paige told me several times she was! I would stay away from Rocket. Especially if Paige Konen has anything to do with it.Read MoreRead Less
