Shane and Rocket were hands down the most efficient, proficient lenders I have ever worked with over a lifetime of financing many properties. My families finances are not at all cookie cutter (retired with commercial partnership property holdings) - Shane was quick to grasp this, always maintained a can do attitude after screening, and determined to find a way to make the loan happen, not the opposite. As he put it, it was a complex set of circumstances, yet he and his Rocket team did just that...made it happen.
