Jackson was fantastic to work with. As a first time home buyer the stress was inevitable but Jackson did a phenomenal job mitigating it.
He broke everything down very thoroughly to make sure I understood and was comfortable signing.

He even went out of his way while he was on vacation to answer a couple questions I had when he didn't need as he made sure to have someone cover his clients need be.

As a mortgage holders with Rocket for over 5 years, my wife and I felt positive about our decision to seek a Home equity loan from Rocket as well. Honestly, up until we began dealing with Jennifer, we felt frustrated and unappreciated by the way we had been tried in our efforts to secure the loan.
