Not a pleasant experience. LaQuita kept telling me that the FICO score used for qualification is an "average" of scores. It is not. It is the lower of the 2 applicants middle score. I had to explain to LaQuita what an average of numbers is. LaQuita was also incorrect about the Conforming loan limit for my area. In addition, I had inquired about a HELOC and LaQuita attempted to push a cash out ...Not a pleasant experience. We were looking to consolidate our debt and looked at many options. Within 10 minutes of looking at Rocket Mortgage, I received a call from Ember. Ember was amazing. I explained what we were looking at doing and Ember immediately started looking into everything. She was extremely honest and upfront about everything.
