Julia was extremely helpful! She was the person that I worked with on the second try to get a refinance on my home. On the first try, the fellow that I was working refused to return my calls after I refused to paint my house since it was just painted 2 years ago! The deal fell through, to say the least. That's when Julia enters and saves me from leaving rocket mortgage with a very bad opinion. ...Julia was extremely helpful!
