This experience was actually the best I have had at Rocket. I have no complaints with the previous, but the experience with Candice was exceptional. It was seamless. She was extremely helpful and very professional!

I did not have a good experience with Connor. He did not seem to be customer focused. Instead, he would rush me off the phone. He seemed bothered and annoyed every time I called him about something. I do not think he is a reflection of Rocket Mortgage, however. I have worked with many others who were EXTREMELY helpful. I think Connor just wants to collect his commission check and go home.
