Cons: Zee was incredibly pushy. Reached out twice over our weekend vacation to ask us to review documents. We said we'd review them Monday evening when we returned home, and she checked in again on Monday during the day for good measure. It felt suffocating at times during the process. Lack of good communication skills, Initial phone call I stated we were refi and only my wife and I were to be on loan and deed. I email this 4 times as well. 1 day before closing, I day before closing I was emailed paperwork and still had other person on deed . I emailed again and stated only my wife and I. I emailed loan person again and she claimed no they don't, I said yes because we were a Dowery state. Wow should know this. Alot of stress we did not need, if excellent communication skills were in place. All Rocket did was give a small credit. I was very hesitant to apply for a refinance but Bill made the process so simple. He was always there to answer any questions either via email or phone. I never thought this process would be so easy and move so quickly. I was very happy with the outcome and very appreciate of Bill's help along the way!
Juan was very responsive and a huge help in getting my loan processed quickly. When having problems getting one of the documents, he even offered to be on the call with me to make sure we were getting the right thing. I really appreciated his help and advice through the process.
