If I could add stars, I would! I found Max to be very familiar with the product, professional and adept about the loan I was pursuing, patient with my inabilities, willing to do whatever it took to explain and make sure I understood. I didn't make it easy for him at times but he NEVER made me feel dense or brainless. Like a good teacher, he helped me by thinking of other ways to explain things ...If I could add stars, I would! Andy was fantastic! Super nice, helpful and knowledgeable. Helped us refinance our home to pay off some other debt and get cash out for upgrades. The process beginning to our closing date for us was about 2 weeks. The whole Rocket team throughout was great and helpful. The Rocket app was great and kept us apprised of everything happening. Highly recommend Andy and Rocket Mortgage!
