Lisa is a very personable and professional Loan Officer. During 1st contact she talked to me and not at me, she listened and didn't pre-judge or had boilerplate answers to questions (as she most likely has heard them all) for she answered the questions I had for those questions and didn't talk around them. It did take several conversations before I was ready ahead with the loan, and at not time did she push me into making a decision. She talked to me (without selling me) about the Pro's and Con's on getting the loan and let me take me time in making the decision and only called to check in on the dates we had discussed for her to do so. All the way through she kept me update on the progress of the loan process and checked to make sure that information was correct (and didn't assume what I wanted or what she thought was best for me) as she always contacted me (call, text or email) to make sure on what we talked about before final submission. I had not even thought about a 2nd loan until Sara contacted me. She really was a calming person to deal with. She explained how consolidating my credit card debt would be an advantage for me. I was not ready to commit to a 2nd mortgage and said I needed some more time to think it over. The absolute best thing about Sara is that she is NOT at all pushy. Of course, I kept thinking of more questions and contacted her multiple times. Sara always got right back to me and answered everything I asked, even if I kept asking the same thing over and over because I was confusing myself.
Sara is a really down-to-earth person. We shared a few laughs along the way to the conclusion of everything that needed to be done.
