Rod was fine, the rest of the "team" was not. "Clear Capital" the appraiser was awful. They intruded on our house, added things that had nothing to do with the value of the house and still didn't come up with a correct number.

As for the rest of Rocket Mortgage, I felt like I was dealing an AI chat bot. Live people had no authority and took forever to get real answers. This mortgage took eight...Rod was fine, the rest of the "team" was not. "Clear Capital" the appraiser was awful.
