Horrible experience with my agent. Every message I got my by text. He would always refer me to someone else to call. He even lied and said I could raise my amount to receive as it was maxed out which was not true after speaking to someone else who fixed it. If there were any incorrect fees he would never fix. I always had to contact someone else. It was a horrible experience for me!

Porcha was good at following up on the process. When the Rocket Mortgage website would not take my downloads Porcha allowed me to email the documents to her directly and she processed them accordingly.
